The goal of Team Kayleigh is to work together to ensure that Kayleigh continues to be the best skater in the nation at her level and to compete at the highest levels internationally. 

The team that has been assembled around Kayleigh is spectacular and dedicated to her success.

Steps toward meeting this goal include:

1. Training with the best coaches in the country.

2. Ballet designed specifically to meet the unique needs and demands of high-level figure skaters.

3. Providing the equipment required for success at the highest levels (e.g., skates and blades, vestibular training spinner with a mounted harness, exercise bands, plyometric boxes, etc...).

4. Competing nationally against the highest-level skaters in the country.

5. Competing internationally against the highest-level skaters in the world.
